Step by Step
Your Journey Home
Initial Consultation
Meet with our team to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. We'll answer your questions and help you understand your options.
What to expect:
- Review available floor plans or discuss custom options
- Discuss lot selection and location preferences
- Understand financing options and budget planning
- Get a preliminary cost estimate
Design & Selection
We will arrange a design and selections meeting for you to meet the owners Steve and Heather Gordon. They will provide expert guidance throughout every phase. Steve will guide you through the available floorplans that align with your goals, vision and budget. He will personally walk you through all available modifications and special requests, ensuring your preferences are seamlessly integrated into the final design. Heather will then guide you through every design decision, from exterior elements to interior details, ensuring your new homes reflect your personal style and vision, and that each choice harmonizes with the overall design.
What to expect:
- Finalize floor plan modifications
- Choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, siding, stone, doors, Faucets, Appliances, Lighting, Shower Design and more.
- Review and approve final specifications
Construction
Watch your home come to life with regular updates and site visits. We keep you informed every step of the way.
What to expect:
- Foundation and framing
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in
- Insulation and drywall
- Interior and exterior finishes
Final Walkthrough & Move-In
Complete final walkthrough and receive the keys to your new home. We'll make sure everything is perfect.
What to expect:
- Pre-closing orientation walk
- Address any punch list items
- Final inspection and certificate of occupancy
- Closing and key handover
